The most recent update, per TV Insider, hints at the possibility of Mark Harmon appearing onscreen again, which will certainly delight many viewers who have followed his character’s story since the NCIS franchise began. Harmon portrays the older Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs in the mothership series and narrates the Origins story.
